Privacy policy
I'm Lea Kendall, and I'm responsible for the personal information you share through this website. If you have any questions, email me at hello@leakendall.com.
What I collect
I only collect what you choose to send me through a contact form or by email:
- your name and email address
- your phone number and organisation, if you add them to the group enquiry form
- what you're enquiring about, and anything you write in your message
Your message may include details about your health or wellbeing. Please share only what you're comfortable sharing at this stage.
How I use it, and why
I use your details to reply to your enquiry and to arrange any work we agree to do together. I do this because I have a legitimate interest in answering people who contact me. If you share details about your health or wellbeing, I use them only with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
I don't sell your information or add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
- Netlify hosts this website and receives what you send through the forms.
- ImprovMX forwards emails sent to hello@leakendall.com on to my inbox.
- Google provides my email through Gmail, and supplies the fonts on this site. Loading the fonts shares your device's IP address with Google.
These companies may store information outside the UK, under their own safeguards for international transfers.
How long I keep it
If your enquiry doesn't lead to us working together, I delete your details within 12 months. If we do work together, I don't keep notes on what you tell me in sessions. I do keep your contact details, our emails, any coaching notes or resources I send you, and booking and payment records. Payment records are kept for as long as tax rules require.
Cookies and other websites
This website doesn't set its own cookies or use analytics. Links to YouTube, Skool and other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it. You can also object to how I use it, ask me to limit its use, or withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of these, email me.
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, please tell me first so I can try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
