Payment, cancellation and refunds
This policy covers online counselling and life coaching with me, Lea Kendall. Group bookings and Rooted in Nature membership have their own terms.
Booking and payment

Payment is by BACS bank transfer. I'll email you my bank details when we arrange your session, and your session is confirmed once payment has been received.
Cancelling or rescheduling a session
Please give at least 48 hours' notice before your session's start time to receive a full refund or move your session.

Please tell me by email so we both have a record of the time.
If I need to cancel, you can choose a new time or a full refund.
The Roadmap Programme
You can pay the £330 in full at booking, or in three instalments. You only pay for sessions you've had or booked, so you can stop at any point.

If you stop early, let me know at least 48 hours before your next session. Any sessions you've paid for but not had are refunded at £55 each, and no further instalments are due.
For example, if you paid £330 upfront and stop after two sessions, your refund is £220.
The 48-hour rule applies to each programme session. A session cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice counts as used, unless I make an exception at my discretion.
Please complete all six sessions within six months of your first session.
Refunds
Refunds are paid by BACS within 14 days, to the account you paid from.
