Is this you?
Coaching is for when you're ready to move forward
Counselling helps you understand where you've been. Coaching is about where you're going next. Plenty of people come to coaching after counselling, with me or with someone else.
- You know something needs to change, but not what, or how.
- You're at a crossroads with work, relationships or purpose.
- You like a clear plan, and someone in your corner to keep you on track.
- You've done the hard healing work and you're ready for what comes next.
- You want honest feedback, not just a sympathetic ear.
The Roadmap Programme
Six sessions, one clear plan
Each session builds on the one before. By the end you'll have a vision of the person you're becoming and a written roadmap to get there.
- Where you are
An honest look at life today
What's working, what isn't, and what's quietly draining you. We take stock without judgement.
- What matters
Your values and strengths
What you care about most, what you're good at, and what you want more of in your life.
- Vision board
Meet your role-model self
We create a vision board of the person you're becoming, and let that future version of you become your guide.
- The roadmap
Turn the vision into steps
Clear goals, concrete actions and realistic timescales. Your roadmap starts to take shape on paper.
- Clear the path
Work through what's in the way
Old patterns, habits, self-doubt and the inner critic. We plan for the obstacles before they trip you up.
- Next season
Review, celebrate and keep going
We look at how far you've come and plan how you'll keep the momentum going on your own.

Why nature?
Your best thinking happens outside
A busy mind can't plan well when it's on high alert. Between sessions I'll set you small challenges, and some of them will get you outdoors. A walk is often where the answers turn up.
When life feels overwhelming, climbing up high and looking out gives you a new perspective. Up there, your problems shrink back to their real size.
No mountain nearby? Any high point works: a hill in the park, the top floor of a car park, even an upstairs window. Look out, look far, and let your mind follow.
Lea combines genuine candour with empathy and encouragement, creating a space that feels both supportive and motivating. Thanks to Lea's guidance, I've experienced meaningful growth in many areas of my life.
The combination of mindfulness, life coaching and counselling means that you're likely to find something that works for you. Also, not forgetting the benefit of being in the wonderful British countryside.
Questions
Coaching or counselling?
How do I know which one I need?
If you're struggling and need space to process, start with counselling. If you're feeling steady and want direction and a plan, coaching is a good fit. Not sure? Get in touch and we'll work it out together.
Can I do both?
Yes. Many people move from counselling into coaching when they're ready, and I sometimes bring coaching tools into counselling sessions too.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer (BACS). I'll email you my bank details when we arrange your session, and your place is confirmed once payment has been received. Single sessions are paid for when you book.
How is the programme paid for?
You can pay the £330 in full when you book, or in three instalments of £110: one when you book, one before session 3 and one before session 5. Each instalment covers two sessions.
What if I need to cancel a session?
Please give me at least 48 hours' notice and you'll get a full refund, or we can move your session to a new time. With less than 48 hours' notice, or if you miss a session, it isn't normally refunded, though I may make an exception at my discretion. If I need to cancel, you can choose a new time or a full refund.
What if I want to stop the programme early?
That's fine. Let me know at least 48 hours before your next session. Any sessions you've paid for but not had are refunded at £55 each, and no further instalments are due. For example, if you paid £330 upfront and stop after two sessions, your refund is £220. Programme sessions need to be completed within six months of your first session. The full details are in my payment and cancellation policy.
Is it all online?
Yes, sessions are by video, so you can join from anywhere in the UK.
